Jute Boucle Rug $19 - $239
I’ve been meaning to post about this rug since West Elm first started carrying it. I was going to go on and on about how you can’t beat the price for the quality. And now its on SALE - so its even a better price! I have recommended it to friends & clients and each one has been so pleased with it.
Natural rugs are beautiful and really popular right now, however they are a bit difficult to clean (by difficult I mean nearly impossible). But the great thing about this rug is that its reversible so you can just flip it over when one side gets soiled! And at $239 for a 9’x12’ you could have the rug for a couple of years without worrying too much… I even have a client who bought two and plans to store the extra one until the inevitable red wine (or grape juice - they have kids) spill happens.
The other thing I like about this rug is that it is surprisingly soft. Sometimes natural rugs (jute, sea grass, sisal) can be a little hard, stiff & itchy to the touch. Great qualities for a rug, right? Which is why I LOVE this rug - it’s actually soft and really comfortable to sit or stand on.
Well, anyhow - that’s my plug… I love this rug.
